La Ruche was built in 1971, first and foremost with the aim of welcoming schools in discovery classes, autumn classes and winter classes, to the mountains.
Nowadays, La Ruche La Salle Centre welcomes schools, groups, business, associations, chaplaincies, camps, sports clubs, individuals and families for stays all year round.

Catering:

The La Ruche Centre offers 2 large dining halls.

The catering team offers both traditional and local cuisine. The meals are made and served with fresh products.

Hours:

Breakfast: 8am (orange juice, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, milk, cereals, bread with butter and jams, … and croissants on Sundays!)
Lunch: 12pm
Tea/Supper: 4-5.30pm
Dinner: 7pm

For day outings, it’s possible to ask for a picnic basket the night before.

Meal: A set menu with a starter, followed by a hot meal, then a pastry or dairy dessert, or a piece of fruit.

Active participation is expected from everyone to clear away the tables at the end of the meal.

Rooms :

La Ruche-La Salle offers 48 rooms with 2, 3, 4 or 5 beds. The bedrooms are distributed over 2 floors.
All our bedrooms have bathrooms including toilets, showers and washbasins.

The centre provides bed sheets and blankets/duvets. Our clients are requested to bring bath towels.

Second floor:

The second floor of bedrooms has been renovated in 2014.

You can find: 17 bedrooms with 5 single beds, 3 bedrooms with 2 beds, 1 bedroom with 3 beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds, for people with reduced mobility.

Third floor:

The third floor of bedrooms has been renovated at the end of 2017.

You can find as well: 17 bedrooms with 5 single beds, 3 bedrooms with 2 beds, 1 bedroom with 3 beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds, for people with reduced mobility.

Cots are available (Please request at time of booking)

Rooms:

5 meeting/classrooms with space for up to 25-30 people each
1 multi-purpose room, with space for up to 100 people (another room is available outside the winter season)
1 audiovisual room, with space for up to 100 people (equipped with a video projector and sound system)

Ski-Service :

La Ruche offers a complete on-site ski equipment rental service:

An equipment maintenance workshop is available to repair, wax and adjust our equipment.

There is a room perfectly equipped to dry out your boots and to store your skis after a good day of skiing.

Little souvenir shop:

Postcards, mugs, cuddly toys, key-rings and lots of souvenir gifts to take home or to give as presents for the young and old alike.
